I’m on my toes waiting for Charity to yell at me to take this picture off the internet, but I just think she is so beautiful, and so is this little Haitian girl. She was the sweetest. Gosh, I miss Haiti so much. My heart hurts.
It doesn’t matter that I look like a doofus in this picture because this is true happiness. Thanks for taking this Corinne.
This little girl had her arms wrapped around me and we started singing “Alouette” together. She has such a sweet little spirit.
This is the song that I’ve had on repeat for a while now. I love worshipping my Savior more than anything in this world. My heart is happy with Him.
“A beautiful melody healing our deepest wounds, the powers of heaven restoring all who hear it when destruction is ceasing redemption is near.”
This just made me cry a little bit. I love this. I love them.
I haven’t been able to go to the doctor, dentist, or optometrist in over 3 years because I haven’t had health insurance. I am so excited to say that because of the new job the Lord has blessed me with I am now fully covered and got my Apple insurance card in the mail today.
:]
I know it seems like nothing to you, but I’m beaming. It means a lot to me.
Physical Touch
“A person whose primary language is Physical Touch is, not surprisingly, very touchy. Hugs, pats on the back, and thoughtful touches on the arm—they can all be ways to show excitement, concern, care, and love. Physical presence and accessibility are crucial, while neglect or abuse can be unforgivable and destructive.”
I took the test from my moms christian book called “The Five Love Languages” and I got “physical touch”. It’s pretty accurate. I’m always hugging people I love. :]
Amazing day that started out with my best friend and the apple orchard, only to come home to a surprise 21st birthday party. I am so blessed!!
